Hand Held clamping vise, with wing nut, the jaws open up to 5.00 mm maximum when wedged open and 3.3 mm tension free. Jaws of the clamp are smooth, mounted on a  wood contoured handle for a comfortable grip.
A very well made hand tool.
Vise hand held is used to hold a variety of objects. Application such as holding parts when drilling, filing, sanding, grinding etc.
