Contact us as soon as you feel that your poster is overdue. Sometimes the postal system is a bit slow and we may ask that you wait a couple more days to see if it arrives. If it doesn't, we will ship another to you. PERIOD. It's that simple. No hassles. Your complete satisfaction is our mission.

What size are your posters? All of our posters are 12" x 18" which is the perfect size for classrooms, dorms, offices and homes.
How fast do you ship your posters? We ship out posters within 24 hours of your completed order.
How do I order a custom poster? Simply buy our "Customize Me" poster and then send us a message to tell us what you would like it to look like and say.
How can I buy multiple posters? You can save money with our Money Saving Poster Bundles (left pane of our eBay store). Just buy the Bundle that you want and tell us which posters you want when you checkout in the "comments to seller" section (or in a separate message or email). That's it - we'll ship your posters out to you and you will have saved a bundle - all with FREE SHIPPING!
When you say customization what do you mean? When we say that you can customize a poster we mean that you can change color scheme or the text for a particular poster. This is particularly powerful for teachers looking to add colorful posters to their classroom.
OR if you don't see what you want on our site, but have a great idea for a poster, we will create a poster just for you. Just email us with the text or the idea, and we will take it from there.
I see that you offer multiple poster discounts, but when I checked out I was charged full price, what gives? First let us apologize. Ebay was designed as an online auction not a store, and so their listing software does not allow us to automatically apply discounts at check-out. Rest assured, that we will make it all work out for you, but you will have to go through the purchase process again. We start by refunding your purchase. Next we ask that you to go back to our store and click on the "money saving bundles" item in the left menu. Then choose the appropriate item from the listing of multiple poster bundles and proceed to checkout. Before you complete the transaction click on notes to seller and tell us the names (item numbers would be helpful) of the posters you want. Yes we know it's cumbersome, but again we are limited by Ebay on this one.

We are totally committed to your satisfaction, so if it turns out that the poster you bought isn't really what you wanted -- no problem, just contact us and let us know and we will take care of it to your complete satisfaction. THAT'S A PROMISE. We take customer service very seriously and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your posters FOR ANY REASON simply return the item within 14 days and we will refund your purchase in full immediately.

Delivery dates are estimates only. While we have an excellent track record of shipping quickly, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the various shipping carriers. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, you must select a guaranteed shipping service
(ie. UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, etc)

International customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and additional fees. We do not mark packages as gifts and will not undervalue the product.
Payment
All items must be paid for through Paypal (no account needed). You can pay by credit card or check. If you pay by check, your item will not be shipped until the check is cleared through Paypal.
Please be sure that your address is correct in the Paypal transaction. We are required to ship your order to the confirmed shipping address on the Paypal payment transaction. If this address is incorrect, please contact us before your order is shipped and we will cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct address.
Your Paypal account will be charged immediately when you place your order, before your order is shipped.
Any refund issued must be issued back to the original Paypal transaction. We cannot provide alternative refund methods.
Returns
If the item you receive is damaged, or is not as described in the listing, we will gladly accept a return of the item. We must be notified
immediately
of any damage or discrepancy. In addition, if there is damage to the shipping container, the shipping carrier must be notified when you receive the order. The item must be new and not used (or chalked). Our proven track record and feedback shows that we take care of our customers.
In some cases, mainly if there is manufacturing defect with your product, we may ask that the manufacturer replaces your product with one that is defect-free. There will be no cost to you in these cases.
In other cases, we may accept a return of a product up to 30 days after purchase. The product must be in new, unused condition (including all original packaging) and must arrive to us undamaged and in the condition it was sent. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we may charge a non-refundable restocking fee of up to 20%. In addition, we may charge the original shipping cost on the item, even if the item was shipped with free shipping.
If an item has been used, we are unable to accept a return. In some cases, your item may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If the product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you will need to file a claim with the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
