Description
Cut perfect blanks every time! Great for making blanks for adjustable rings. This disc cutter features 4 punches , in sizes 2 1/4" by 5/8", 2" by 1/2", 1 1/2" by 3/8", and 1 1/8" by 1/2". The tool's holes have been machined and honed to make fine, clean cuts. The punches are oil-quenched tool steel that have been drawn for hardness and durability. The base is case-hardened and ground. You can cut soft sheet up to 18ga. The tool measures about 4"x3".
The black handle rotates to open and close the gap that your sheet metal slides into for a secure grip. This disc cutter will cut up to 18 gauge metal, and can be used on a rubber mat or block to ease the cutting process.

Temperature: 30-40℃
The electroplated items need to be shaken at the beginning, the recommended gold plating time: 90-120 seconds
2: Gold plating method (14K.18K.24K)
Temperature: 70℃-80℃
The electroplated items need to be shaken, and the recommended gold plating time is: 20-50 seconds

3: Silver plating method
