Payments

Cancellations
You have one hour, from the time of purchase, to cancel your purchase manually
. This can be done by going to your purchase history and selecting, "More Actions" from the drop down menu. Next, select ?Cancel This Order?. After the hour, please contact me. I would rather you reach out requesting to cancel, than having to wait for an unpaid case claim.
Shipping
My items are shipping with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS and have an estimated 2-5 business day delivery. I ship Monday through Friday unless it is a postal holiday.
My handling time is 1 business day; in some cases, it can be the same day
. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. I cannot change the shipping address at checkout as it violates eBay policies. Please ensure your address is correct prior to purchase. Insufficient or invalid shipping addresses will be cancelled and
refunded at 50%.
Handling Fee

Returns

Cancellations:

We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. If an item has free or discounted shipping, the full shipping and handling cost, according to SIM Supply Inc. or our current print catalog for the shipping weight of the item, will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Returns:
Returns for products purchased must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Please contact customer support in order to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) prior to sending back the product.

**If the return is due to damage, or an incorrect shipment please contact us with photo attached of the product, we will arrange for the items to be picked up, and issue a full refund if we cannot deliver the item(s) correctly, and in good condition.
