Combined shipping
invoices can only be sent when you purchase items using the shopping cart. There is a button to request an invoice from the seller. If you are unable to find the request invoice and prefer to make payment immediately, I will refund your shipping overpayment to your paypal account once I pack and print the shipping label for your order.
