    Vintage loose Round Blue Zircon gemstone. It is 2.87 ct in size, 8x5mm. Cut similar to an Old European Cut in shape. It has facet abrasions and surface wear, girdle wear, but faces up fine when wearing. It has a medium blue color with nice sparkle and see in my pictures it can look darker and lighter depending on the lighting you're in - see my last picture outside in sunlight and compare to the others, in one it picked up a greenish hue. Note it does have surface abrasions as zircons are soft, but can be set into a ring or pendant. Please ask me questions and look at my pictures. I was told by a jeweler that a brand new blue zircon of this size would be about $ 960.00 retail as he classified this stone as fine color with a nice shade of blue, but this stone is older with surface wear.
